Daniel was great. He was very responsive when I was contacting him about the vehicle before I ever decided to make the hour drive to actually see it. Once I arrived he was great to work with and quick to get the sale completed. Sometimes buying a car can be a drag and take all day, but I was in and out and driving away in my new truck in less than 3 hours total. Daniel even reached out to me that evening and the next day to thank me again and to ask if I’d be willing to refer potential buyers his way. Absolutely I will. If I need another truck anytime soon, I’m calling Daniel!

1. Mario in the Service Department did an amazing job. He got my car off a car hauler after crawling in the window late on a Saturday afternoon. He got me a rental early on Monday and communicated effectively the status of my car being ready and what was done. 2. I’m disappointed in the Service Department giving the car back to me with every tire low and poor oil pressure. However, I do appreciate them addressing the numerous electrical code issues identified. 3. I am angry at Chevrolet for manufacturing a new Traverse that continues to have serious lemon status issues. I have a 2024 Traverse with 2600 miles and it has had to be towed into the Service Center twice. After it was unloaded this time, a couple with a 2026 Traverse came up to us and asked us what we were there for. Their Traverse went into limp mode as they were driving as well. SOOOO, Chevrolet has NOT fixed this serious issue yet.

I had great experience and Cherokee was so helpful with getting me situated with getting my oil change on my car.
