⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well, apparently I’ve been lied to my entire life. 🫪 I was under the impression that buying a car was supposed to be stressful, exhausting, mildly infuriating, and require at least one person saying, “Let me go talk to my manager.” NOT. THIS. TIME. 😂 We had Robert Wolfe- aka THe LEGEND- this man understood the assignment. 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Easiest. Car-buying. Experience. EVER. And here’s the thing: this wasn’t my family’s first rodeo when it comes to buying a vehicle and having a genuinely enjoyable experience from The Legend at Mac Haik. My brother has purchased multiple vehicles from Robert over the years, and coincidentally picked a new one up the same day I did! But this was MY first experience at Mac Haik. . I’ve officially discovered that car buying can actually can be fun… ??? I can’t believe I just said that… Robert was fantastic from beginning to end. No pressure, no weird games, no nonsense. I told him what I wanted, and he delivered it! Just good old-fashioned customer service from someone who clearly knows what he’s doing… I mean, his office is basically a Hall Of Fame, with a desk in the middle. 🤩🫪 I thought Mac Haik put him in the trophy room on accident or something… How it began- My brother referred me. I spoke with Robert over the phone and told him exactly what I wanted. He immediately found “the one”, and it was ready for us upon arrival. We just walked it and started signing. And ya know, the service was actually better than some of the “luxury” car brands I’ve purchased from in the past… They even had ICE CREAM FOR THE KIDS. ICE. CREAM. At a car dealership. Listen, I don’t know who made that decision, but whoever you are… you understand parents. 😂🍦 Which brings me to my next point. The process was FAST! Think about it, you know how fast Ice cream melts… they are on it!!! That’s a trustworthy snack with a finite lifespan. 🤣 😭 The entire team at Mac Haik Chevrolet was wonderful. From reception, to sales and finance-everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Top notch, class act. . ✨🤍 So congratulations, Mac Haik Chevrolet. You’ve done the impossible. 🏆 You made me enjoy buying a car. My kids even had fun 👀 and that speaks volumes to the mommas out there… Robert Wolfe is officially a customer-for-life salesman in my book.
