Recently, I visited Mac Haik Chevrolet for an oil change on my truck. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, I walked around the lot to pass the time. Out of the blue, I received a text from Mac Haik asking if I’d like a complimentary appraisal of my truck. Before I knew it, I was out on a test drive in a new truck. Mr. Robert Wolf was a breath of fresh air. Unlike many salespeople, he never made me feel pressured or pushed me toward a purchase. He was easygoing, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. While he didn’t have the answer to every question or concern I had, he always went the extra mile to find the information I needed. That level of honesty and effort made the experience stand out. Overall, it was a surprisingly enjoyable dealership experience, and I really appreciated Robert’s professionalism and customer first approach.
