The management team and all service personnel were extremely helpful. My account manager Cherokee communicated very clearly and updated me every step of the way from the time I stepped out of my vehicle to the time I left. His experience and expertise are evident from interacting with him. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit. I came in with a tire issue and left with a patch and a wash, both for free. And even though it was a busy day, it took very little time to complete both. I have never seen this level of service at any other dealership. I will definitely be returning.
