Terrible business model They advertised a price on their website and I contacted them to make the purchase then they raised the price $6000 I have a screenshot of the website price and the next day upped the price $6000

Absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had! they let me drive off the lot in a used 2019 Tahoe.....it had over 9k worth of repairs needed. and since then, I have had to replace 2 transmissions, the entire AC cooling system, broken engine mounts, stabilizer arms and many other issues. Just this year alone I have been in a rental for 5 months at my expense. Recently the General Sales Manager (Faraun Pruitt) called me after I complained telling me that my only option to remedy the situation was to do a trade in....still eating the cost off what I owe plus the cost of a different vehicle....great economical solution. Do not trust their used car division...they are worthless.
