Didn't find one at first, but the next day i messaged him about a certain type of vehicle I was interested in and came back. He found me a vehicle in less than 30 minutes before i arrived and when I arrived my friend and I were in awe at first sight. I fell in love with the truck and he made the whole experience smooth. What stood out to us even more was his professionalism and dedication during a very difficult personal situation. While we were there, there were devastating earthquakes in his home country of Colombia, and he was understandably concerned that his mom could have been affected. Despite that, he continued to make sure we were taken care of and never made us feel like anything less than a priority. The entire purchase process was quick, easy, and straightforward. Jorge also worked with us to make sure we received all of the benefits available to us as a military family. There were no surprise costs or unexpected issues, which made the experience even better. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mac Haik has a great selection of vehicles, from my research online I think they have the best selection in Houston and probably all of Texas. My sales consultant was Syed Elam. He is excellent! He listened to what I wanted and found the exact vehicle with the options I wanted. He delivered on everything he promised. Syed stayed in constant contact with me on the phone or by text and email. If I had a question at 9am or 9pm, he was always there to help me. Syed was very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about their inventory of vehicles. I would definitely recommend Syed to my family, friends and anyone in Texas and beyond that is looking for a new car. Thank you Syed and Mac Haik!
