He listened to what I wanted and found the exact vehicle with the options I wanted. He delivered on everything he promised. Syed stayed in constant contact with me on the phone or by text and email. If I had a question at 9am or 9pm, he was always there to help me. Syed was very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about their inventory of vehicles. The management team and all service personnel were extremely helpful. My account manager Cherokee communicated very clearly and updated me every step of the way from the time I stepped out of my vehicle to the time I left. His experience and expertise are evident from interacting with him. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit. I came in with a tire issue and left with a patch and a wash, both for free. And even though it was a busy day, it took very little time to complete both. I have never seen this level of service at any other dealership. I will definitely be returning.
