I like that Mac Haik is so close to my job site and I can quickly get the service needed to my Traverse. Service Advisor, Neisha Diaz, was so helpful in getting our A/C working and kept us informed of what needed to be done. Neisha also, help us get the right financing option for the repairs needed and provided a list of needed repairs soon. I know I'll be back again, soon! btw, this is our 5th vehicle that we have gotten from Mac Haik Chevrolet :-)

Sebastian was great getting me in and out. But I was just there a few weeks ago getting fuel injections and no one stated I needed work that he found. How is that possible? Now I have try and return for something that is important to the car.

Your service department is great. I was told it would be about an hour and it was just over. The only thing I would say is to have your service guys wipe down any areas they have leaned on doing the service. You could see everywhere on the truck they touched from dirty hands or clothes against the body of the vehicle.

Carlos did an outstanding job managing the service on my vehicles! I had several third party warranty items that needed to be managed and Carlos was completely on top of it and he gave me status updates throughout the process! I will be requesting Carlos for all of my service visits going forward!
