The sales person I dealt with, Eric Gruzs, was fantastic. He was transparent all the way through and honoured the deal that we had agreed on by text. I like that they are able to accommodate different communication channels that work for customers since I’m on conference calls all day and I was trying to get a deal on a truck. I have owned my Chevrolet Pickup for 3 years now. The sales part of the dealership holds nothing for me at this point, but the Service provided means everything to me. Larry Lebeck has been my service advisor since I got the truck and he is outstanding. I have previously owned several Range Rover and Mercedes vehicles and none of the service departments or their advisors have impressed me the way that Larry has. Long wait times... with an appointment, an oil change, tire patching, and rotation took approximately 2.5 hours. That's a crazy amount of time.
